Missed a session? We will try to schedule a make-up lesson with our next intake. Do keep in mind that the curriculum may differ slightly depending on where the group is in the programme at that point.

Validity begins from the date of payment. We do not send reminders so please note your own expiry date. Upon expiry you may take home your tool set, remaining clay, and any greenware. All uncollected belongings may be disposed of after the expiry date.

Students are expected to clean up their workspace, wheels, tools, and general area at the end of every session. All equipment should be returned to its original location. A general purpose mop is provided and students are expected to leave the work area as how they found it.

Section 3 — Fired Works

How long does it take for my pottery pieces to be ready?

Wheel Throwing Experience, Matcha Making & Pottery Painting takes 8 – 12 weeks for it to be ready from day of workshop.

For Mini Pottery, 4 weeks.

We will announce when they are ready for pickup.

Handmade pieces may show minor variations after firing. All pieces shrink by up to 30% in height and width. Glaze colours may differ slightly from tile samples due to kiln conditions.

All unclaimed pieces will be discarded or donated 4 weeks after the collection window closes.

The studio and its team are not responsible for cracks that forms after the workshop as clay material are inherently unpredictable. No guarantee is offered regarding the final quality of your work. Replacements are evaluated individually. Generally the pot will still be functional if there are no cracks internally.

Section 4 — Studio Etiquette

Can I bring a friend or family member to watch my pottery class?

Only participating students are permitted inside the studio. Only guardians are allowed for underage children.

No food or drinks are allowed inside the studio. Only clear water is allowed. We seek you kind understanding.
